[TechLife] RPMdb problem
I just had this issue after trying to do a yum update
To solve that problem I had to rebuild the rpm database located in /var/lib/rpm. I first deleted the __db files that were there and then I just ran rpm --rebuilddb. So rm /var/lib/rpm/__* && rpm --rebuilddb did the trick after I said yes to each db file I needed to delete.

Kill some time
Monitor superglued to a wall I'm not sure where its at but its funny to watch and leave a message.... or at least it was. It doesn't seem to be working for me anymore.
Well Stumbling always kills some time, probably the biggest time killer in my day. When I used to work at a helpdesk I used to play Defend your Castle all the time
How about one free minute to say whatever you like for others to hear?
How about a ball game

Well I just came back from SRP (Record Updating pretty much) in Minnesota last night, after all this talk and getting ready to get deployed I come to find out that I'm not deployable after all. Go figure.... I know I'm kinda short on details right now but I'll update later.

As the days go by...
Since coming to the realization that I may have to go to Iraq instead of getting out of the Army like I had hoped, I have been searching trying to find lists of things to take and pretty much what the conditions are like. I've taken alot of things off of those lists and tried to come up with my own. It's not really a final list, right now it's just a jumbled mess of what I have found. I'll have to post some links to the sights I found about peoples' experiences over there. You know you pretty much have to take enough to keep your mind busy, so you don't go crazy. You also need to be creative and resourceful to make your area a nice one. Until later....
